In Short

• Payroll system maintenance and updates.
• Ensure timely and correct payments to employees.
• Follow-up on benefits and compliance with laws.
• Compile payroll data and manage payroll processing.
• Stay updated on local labor laws.
• Manage international contractor payments.
• Ensure accurate registration of payroll in accounting.
• Handle social security payments.
• Work closely with finance, accounting, and legal teams.
• Report to the People Ops Manager.

Requirements

• Degree in business or accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years in payroll administration.
• Experience with payroll management systems.
• Understanding of fiscal procedures and regulations.
• Knowledge of tax and wage laws in Mexico and LATAM.
• Knowledge of SUA / IDSE.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and passion for numbers.
