Overview

We are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to support our Outsourced HR and Payroll Services for multiple small business clients, ensuring smooth payroll operations.

In Short

• Support payroll operations for small business clients.
• Process and enter timesheet data and payroll records.
• Assist clients with employee benefits navigation.
• Conduct reconciliations for employee benefits invoices.
• Work with authorities on unemployment claims and audits.
• Ensure accuracy in payroll information and employee compensation.
• Onboard new clients and manage data migration.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Utilize strong organizational and analytical skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Familiarity with employee benefits for small businesses.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in M365, especially MS Teams.
• Experience with professional payroll software (Gusto preferred).
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for process automation.
• Great sense of humor and people-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
