Overview

The Member of Internal Audit, AML will assist in executing high-quality BSA/AML and OFAC compliance program audits at Anchorage Digital, a leading digital asset platform.

In Short

• Assist the AML Audit Lead in BSA/AML and OFAC compliance audits.
• Perform walkthroughs of business processes with stakeholders.
• Evaluate design of business controls and test for effectiveness.
• Document audit work and draft findings and management action plans.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and adjacent teams.
• Communicate complex audit issues to diverse stakeholders.
• Prepare reporting metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to cross-functional goals and problem-solving.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience in BSA/AML/OFAC compliance audits.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt banking experience to the crypto industry.
• Passion for a positive working environment.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality work output.
• Ability to suggest creative solutions to problems.
• CAMS or related certifications are a plus.
• Experience in crypto or global financial crimes audits is a bonus.
