• Lead and scale catalog operations for ShopMy.
• Oversee catalog integrity, structure, and expansion.
• Manage and mentor a catalog operations team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and third-party partners.
• Drive improvements in catalog accuracy and operational processes.
• Define and monitor catalog KPIs and data quality metrics.
• Streamline catalog workflows and maintain documentation.
• Ensure high-quality experience for creators, brands, and consumers.
• Utilize tools like Excel and SQL for catalog management.
• Foster cross-functional initiatives across teams.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in operations or product roles.
• People management experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with e-commerce, retail, or marketplaces.
• Detail-oriented and organized mindset.
• Native-level English and strong written communication.
• Comfort with tools like Excel, POPSQL, and data analytics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Passion for automation and tooling improvements.
• Experience with catalog or taxonomy systems.
