Overview

As a Producer at ArenaNet, you will manage and support every stage of the product development cycle, driving new technical projects from concept to release while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Game Development.
• 3+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager.
• Experience with video game development and shipping titles.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Knowledge of game development workflows.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
• A passion for the gaming industry.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid settings.
