Requirements

• Experience as an Executive Producer in AAA games.
• 8+ years in a studio development team.
• Experience managing live games, especially free-to-play.
• Deep understanding of live game operations.
• Exceptional knowledge of project tracking software.
• Outstanding risk management abilities.
• Strong people skills and empathy.
• Passion for video games.
• Strong eye for quality.
• Ability to build strong partnerships.
