• Lead and work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients.
• Develop understanding of client’s current state process and future state recommendations.
• Recommend road maps to close performance gaps and develop implementation plans.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Align business requirements and best practices to implement technical solutions.
• Define and refine business processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Peloton processes.
• Hands-on configuration of solutions and support junior team members.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent.
• Over 3 years of implementation experience in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning Cloud.
• Fit with Peloton culture and values.
• Enthusiastic and driven with a desire to learn.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently.
