Overview

The Resident Technology Services team offers premium, long-term professional services to HashiCorp customers. The purpose of the team is to align with the biggest technical transformation initiatives of HashiCorp customers, working as part of the customer technology team from start to finish.

• Provide guidance on customer cloud transformation journey with HashiCorp products.
• Assist in aligning people, processes, and workflows with the Cloud Operating Model.
• Contribute to building a multi-cloud adoption framework.
• Articulate and redefine the cloud consumption model.
• Assist Enterprise CxOs in articulating business value.
• Help increase developer velocity while meeting governance objectives.
• Communicate business value of HashiCorp products to executives.
• Educate users on HashiCorp tools for cloud transformation.
• Coordinate professional services resources for customer needs.
• Educate on best practices in system administration and automation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing technical systems.
• Intermediate understanding of DevOps processes and automation.
• Technical expertise in cloud and on-premise infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with HashiCorp product suite.
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work well in group environments and independently.
• Track record of driving cloud transformation.
• Passion for thought leadership in cloud operations.
• Experience in cloud governance and operational processes.
• Ability to communicate complex topics simply.
