Overview

As a M365/Copilot/SharePoint Customer Engineer, you will provide technical leadership to Premier customers globally, ensuring their IT environments remain optimized, secure, and operationally healthy through proactive engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience in IT.
• 5+ years of experience with Office 2016/M365 Apps.
• Proficiency in M365 Apps Admin Center.
• Experience with Office for the web apps.
• Basic knowledge of local and cloud group policies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
