Overview

Narvar is hiring a Customer Engineer who loves to understand business requirements, provide solutions, and implement them to ensure customer success. This role involves working closely with clients to integrate APIs and deploy solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers.

In Short

  • Complete technical onboarding for enterprise retailers and mid-market customers using Shopify.
  • Provide consultative advice for successful integration with Narvar’s solutions.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Shopify.
  • Build technical specifications based on customer requirements.
  • Validate solutions using APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to building a professional services team through documentation and training.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Shopify Plus/Enterprise as a developer or consultant.
  • Experience in delivering strategic e-commerce solutions.
  • Ability to interact with Technical Leadership in a client-facing environment.
  • Highly skilled in Shopify Plus and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of Shopify features and best practices.
  • Experience with headless commerce implementations.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and coding skills in JavaScript.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Bonus for experience with iPaas and retail platforms.
  • Availability till 2 AM IST for working with EST time zone customers.
