Customer Engineer - Remote

Overview

ScyllaDB is growing and we are looking to hire Customer Engineers to join our (India) team. The dedicated Customer Engineer is assigned to the end user for the duration of this agreement and will work with the end user to define the specific daily activities.

In Short

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze their technical and business requirements.
• Design, configure, and customize ScyllaDB solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients.
• Contribute to best practices and documentation.
• Provide technical training to customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in a technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Cassandra/Scylla/Datastax databases.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Coding experience in Python or compiled languages.
• IP Network knowledge.
• Experience with Cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong English communication skills.
