• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer engineering role.
• Strong customer service and analytical problem-solving skills required.

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or Salesforce.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud and microservices technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and effective prioritization skills.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to contribute to improvements.
