• Seeking a Lead Software Engineer to build a new category of developer tooling.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems.
• Work with other engineers to build new features and enhance existing ones.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.
• Participate in production operations and incident response.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in backend applications.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of modern data storage solutions.
• Strong skills in data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers.
