Requirements

• 4+ years as a software engineer.
• 2+ years leading software teams.
• Broad experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Expertise with Front End technologies (React is a plus).
• Proven experience in planning successful projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team stakeholders.
• Comfortable with virtual interviews on camera.
