Root is seeking a Lead Data Scientist II to join our fast-growing Data Science team and lead the charge in optimizing our Partnerships and Independent Agents distribution channels.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

• Understanding of measurement and statistical validation.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with planning and team initiative sequencing.
