Overview

The Lead CRM Technologist at Root will be the technical backbone of the customer communication strategy, focusing on optimizing CRM capabilities to support growth goals.

Ownership of Root's Braze platform and related marketing technologies.
Design and implement email/SMS infrastructure for marketing initiatives.
Develop best practices for customer communications.
Create documentation for CRM platforms and processes.

Monitor and optimize email/SMS deliverability metrics.
Provide technical guidance on marketing campaigns.

5+ years of experience in marketing technology roles.

Requirements

Deep expertise with Braze or similar CRM platforms.
Technical understanding of email and SMS infrastructure.
Experience in designing marketing automation workflows.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of API integrations for marketing platforms.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
