Overview

The Lead Data Scientist will drive innovation in how Life360 experiments, segments, and optimizes its user experience to maximize growth and retention. This role requires strong technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, experimentation, and causal inference.

• Design and implement scalable A/B testing and causal inference models.
• Build automation tools for experimentation and segmentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Strong experience in causal inference and A/B testing methodologies.
• Deep understanding of machine learning models for user segmentation.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with big data technologies like Spark and AWS.
• Strong business acumen for translating data insights into strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
