In Short

• Join Cresta as a Customer Engineer to deliver AI solutions to enterprise contact centers.
• Leverage expertise in CX, call center infrastructure, chat platforms, AWS, and automation.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects for seamless integrations.
• Manage multiple projects and drive value for customers.
• Execute integration design and project plans.
• Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs and APIs.
• Participate in testing and maintenance of Cresta products.
• Hands-on experience in Go, Python, and JavaScript is required.
• Work closely with Customer Success to resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to the land-and-expand sales strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in Contact Center and Customer Experience technologies.
• Ability to use APIs and SDKs to build solutions.
• Experience with AWS and Git.
• Strong external relationship management skills.
• Enthusiastic and confident approach to problem-solving.
