• Work closely with the sales team to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Recruit and manage sales strategies with cloud providers and partners.
• Manage co-sell motion and establish co-sell relationships.
• Coordinate partner sales enablement sessions.
• Seek opportunities for co-marketing activities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in partner management for SaaS or software companies.
• 3 years experience in partner/alliances for database companies.
• Experience managing Cloud Service Provider relationships.
• Experience recruiting Systems Integrators and Resellers.
• Good public communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
