As a high-growth tech company selling software in a competitive global market, the Partner Alliance Manager (PAM) role focuses on the acquisition and management of Referral and Reseller partners in the UK market, driving new sales opportunities and achieving global company revenue goals.

In Short

  • Proactively engage in the sales process to achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish and manage relationships with channel partners.
  • Drive activities within channel partners to generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
  • Provide product and program training for channel partners.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase products.
  • Stay current with software, system information, and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or Account Management, ideally with B2B software.
  • Experience in channel/partner development and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships concurrently.
  • Sales Methodology training (SPIN, Challenger, etc.) desired.
  • Experience in target markets like Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail.
  • Financial knowledge of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
