Overview

As a Technical Consultant / Project Manager in our Adoption team, you will deliver customer experiences that make them feel good about using our BI software.

In Short

• Deliver onboarding projects for new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and tailor adoption projects accordingly.
• Plan and manage projects ensuring stakeholder engagement.
• Implement and configure Phocas software.
• Maintain communication with all project stakeholders.
• Anticipate and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Keep accurate records in project management tools.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Drive customer engagement and adoption metrics.
• Utilize project management tools like JIRA and Smartsheet.

Requirements

• Project management experience.
• Experience in a technical or customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with customer adoption metrics.
• Knowledge of relational databases and REST APIs.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting.
