Requirements

  • A love of working with customers and developing long-term value.
  • Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and building trust with C-suite.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and stay updated on product enhancements.
  • Knowledge of financial planning, accounting, or financial modeling.
  • Solid understanding of business needs and customer focus.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Success role within SaaS.
