Overview

As a Hiring Success Transformation Consultant, you will play an essential role in the Hiring Success Center of Excellence and operationalizing the Hiring Success methodology for our prospects and customers.

In Short

• Consult with customers to understand their organization’s current state of talent acquisition.
• Partner with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Success to be a subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition.
• Lead consulting engagements to map and recommend optimal approaches.
• Manage the delivery of business transformation activities.
• Build relationships with key executives and project stakeholders.
• Support transitions to Professional Services Implementation.
• Engage with the Talent Acquisition community through various platforms.
• Develop and maintain assets for successful Hiring Success outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge on talent acquisition and industry best practices.
• Experience with modern talent suites, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Previous business consulting experience with HR technology.
• Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Strong project management skills and organization.
• Experience managing complex projects and agile workstreams.
• Ability to disrupt the status quo and lead with influence.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and adaptable to change.
• Experience with SaaS and willingness to learn product details.
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
