  • Management of the end-to-end campaign process.
  • Delivery of measurable results in the form of MQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Building a quarterly calendar for strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Leading the activation of strategic campaigns with a multi-channel promotional strategy.
  • Ensuring leads from campaigns are flowing into Salesforce with proper attribution.
  • Developing and maintaining campaign and lead-level reporting.
  • Partnering with sales to provide scripts and talking points for lead follow-up.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with project management skills.
  • Strong communicator and team player.
  • Proficient in Salesforce reporting and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on metrics and ROI.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing or demand generation.
  • Familiarity with Jira and/or Tempo tools is a plus.
