Overview

Astronomer is hiring a Senior Recruiter, GTM as our first recruiting team member based in the UK. This role will support recruitment across a broad range of functions, including technical, operational, and customer-facing roles.

• Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM, technical, and other key roles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Deep understanding of GTM teams.
• Experience supporting hiring across various business units.
• Proven ability to design and refine recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
