RFP Manager/Writer - Remote

Overview

As an RFP Manager/Writer, you will support the Business Development, Sales, and Account Management teams by leading the response to RFI’s, RFP’s, financial proposals, and interview presentations.

In Short

• Collaborate with teams to craft strategic approaches for projects.
• Work cross-functionally to gather information for proposals.
• Write compelling copy in the Boingo brand voice.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals.
• Manage delivery logistics and vendors for RFPs.
• Track and report on RFP and proposal KPIs.
• Conduct competitor research for specific RFP responses.
• Analyze FOIAs received.

Requirements

• Experience writing RFPs and proposals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong internal customer service skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.
• Strong interest in wireless technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant experience.
