Program Manager – DAS, ERRCS - Remote

Overview

Boingo Enterprise Networks is looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage the buildouts of DAS in a variety of venues, including Hospital, Hotels, Commercial Real Estate, etc.

In Short

• Oversee team managing projects data and deployment calls.
• Coordinate site visits and on-site inspections.
• Track and report on project implementation of DAS and ERRCS projects.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain communication with clients and contractors.
• Assess project risks and recommend actions.
• Manage quality assurance and KPIs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized.
• Coordinate with construction managers for program implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience as Program Manager or Project Manager for DAS, ERRCS projects.
• Experience in managing multiple DAS network installation projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of network deployment.
• Experience managing capital for various project sizes.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel to local and out-of-state sites.
