The Clinical Care Specialist is a remote position focused on providing telephonic holistic needs assessments and crisis intervention for participants, ensuring they receive the necessary support and services.

In Short

• Provide consultative services and case management for client companies.
• Conduct participant intake and telephonic needs assessments.
• Utilize various interventions to resolve participant issues.
• Document participant goals and assessment information.
• Assist callers in crisis situations.
• Secure appointments with providers.
• Follow up with participants and providers post-appointments.
• Research and qualify referrals to community resources.
• Participate in clinical on-call rotation.
• Provide training to clinical team members.

Requirements

• Masters’ degree in Social Work or Psychology required.
• License in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• 2-5 years of experience in Employee Assistance or Well-Being Program preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in case management preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
