Overview

The Clinical Specialist role at BD involves providing clinical support and education for vascular access products, requiring strong communication and training skills.

In Short

  • Manage responsibilities within the T&E expense budget.
  • Facilitate customer training classes.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Team for customer engagements.
  • Provide routine follow-up support to customers.
  • Conduct regional training for nursing support.
  • Build strong relationships with end-users.
  • Train and mentor contract nursing staff.
  • Travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Maintain a valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Participate in trade shows and clinical organizations.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a BSN preferred.
  • Experience with ultrasound guided vascular access.
  • Strong relationship development skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven training skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong understanding of infusion therapy.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Five years of clinical experience.
