As a Part Time Team Travel Coordinator at Stack Sports, you will play a crucial role in supporting sports organizations by managing customer operations and assisting coaches and team managers at events.

In Short

• Assist and educate coaches and team managers attending sponsored events.
• Manage all aspects of customer operations for new customers.
• Process data in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Find ways to improve operational processes.
• Act as a first escalation point for Partners.
• Communicate updates and solutions to Partners.
• Collaborate with team members across software solutions.
• Brainstorm new feature releases and products.
• Collect and report common themes with product issues.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SalesForce, G-Suite, SQL, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Experience in sports league management is beneficial.
• Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
