Requirements

• 3+ years of total experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking.
• A proven track record in stakeholder and project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to break down complex problems into scalable solutions.
• Executive presence to influence senior leaders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
• Experience working closely with product teams is a plus.
