• Work closely with founders and venture team to validate and launch new ventures.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Build and test MVPs or no-code prototypes.
• Develop business models and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead day-to-day operations of new concepts.
• Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams.
• Iterate quickly and pivot when necessary.

Requirements

• Builder mindset with proven execution ability.
• Founder/Operator experience preferred.
• Strong intuition for product and customer problems.
• Experience in proptech or consumer tech is a plus.
• Data-driven with the ability to move fast.
• Grit, creativity, and a desire to build from scratch.
