Overview

The Flex Ventures is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to work closely with the founders and venture team to validate, build, and potentially launch a new venture under The Flex umbrella.

In Short

• Identify and validate high-potential business ideas.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Build and test MVPs or no-code prototypes.
• Develop business models and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the new concept.
• Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams.
• Iterate quickly and pivot when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven ability to execute at speed.
• Founder/Operator experience preferred.
• Strong intuition for product and market needs.
• Experience in proptech or consumer tech is a plus.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to move fast.
• Grit, creativity, and a desire to build from scratch.
