In Short

• Support the Strategy team in research, data analysis, and performance tracking to help drive strategic decisions
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards to support leadership in decision-making
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to benchmark Unobravo’s positioning in the industry
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and contribute to operational improvements
• Contribute to business process optimization, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
• Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving discussions, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas

Requirements

• Are fluent in English
• Italian speaker
• Have recently graduated in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and data to solve problems
• Are proactive and hands-on, ready to take ownership of tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Have a good command of Microsoft Office or Google Suite (experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus)
• Resident in Milan and around
