Overview

The Strategy & Operations Manager for the Office of the CEO will play a critical role in supporting the CEO & senior staff, responsible for owning special strategic projects, conducting market research and business analysis, and preparing leadership and board presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years in business strategy & operations roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Intellectually curious and adaptable.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Ability to synthesize data and provide insights.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in management consulting or similar fields.
