Overview

As a Team Lead Service Provider Management at Grover, you will oversee the management of service providers to ensure efficient supply chain processes while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

In Short

• Lead the service provider management for Grover’s Circular Supply Chain.
• Ensure contracts and SLAs are in place with service providers.
• Track and resolve performance issues with service providers.
• Validate invoices and manage disputes effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement with service providers.
• Provide leadership to your team, both on-site and remote.
• Collaborate with internal teams for alignment on service provider management.
• Occasional travel within the EU required (max 20%).

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or relevant field, or 4 years of operational experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contracting logistic service providers.
• Strong understanding of the EU logistics landscape.
• Experience in managing repair service contracts.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for circular supply chains.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Fluency in English (C1+) and business proficiency in German (B2+).
