Overview

The Supply Chain Support Specialist at Grover is responsible for resolving supply chain-related issues that impact customer orders, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.

In Short

  • Monitor, prioritize, and resolve tickets related to supply chain disruptions
  • Investigate issues using problem-solving skills and applicable tools
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure all tickets are resolved within set timelines and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of supply chain tickets and resolutions
  • Document best practices to enable self-resolution for recurring issues
  • Track and report key metrics (ticket volume, resolution times, issue trends)
  • Identify and report policy deviations, compliance concerns, and potential fraud cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Tech)
  • Work closely with external logistics providers while maintaining professional communication

Requirements

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Business Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience
  • +2 years in operations support, logistics, or e-commerce
  • Understanding of supply chain operations, warehouse processes, and transportation
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk)
  • Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems & strong Excel/G-Sheets skills
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance related to warehousing & logistics
  • Detail-oriented with strong data management & reporting abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency & business impact
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills for root-cause identification
  • Effective communication & stakeholder collaboration
  • Strong business proficiency in English and German (A2+ level at a minimum). Proficiency in Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus.
