The Nurse Case Manager will provide telephonic and digital case management support to members, coordinating care and ensuring that healthcare needs are met effectively.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of direct patient-care experience.
• One year of experience in complex case management.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and case management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet Cigna internet and work-at-home requirements.
