Nurse Case Manager - Remote

Overview

The Nurse Case Manager (NCM) serves as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, providing education and support regarding generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) and argenx’s products and services.

In Short

• Provide direct educational training and support to patients and caregivers about gMG.
• Manage patient cases across regions as coverage and volume requires.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates to patients and caregivers.
• Educate patients on financial assistance programs.
• Coordinate logistical support for therapy and disease management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Engage with patients for individualized support.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws and company policies.
• Travel regionally for patient education.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Current RN License in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare.
• 2-5+ years of case management experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry is a plus.
• Reimbursement experience is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
