Nurse Case Manager - Remote

Overview

The Nurse Case Manager (NCM) is the single point of contact for patients and their caregivers, responsible for educating and supporting them about generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) and argenx’s products.

In Short

• Provide educational training and support to patients and caregivers.
• Manage patient cases across regions as coverage requires.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates to patients and caregivers.
• Review financial assistance programs with patients.
• Coordinate logistical support for therapy and disease management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Engage with patients to ensure appropriate support.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws and company policies.
• Travel regionally for patient education.
• Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Current RN License in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years clinical experience in healthcare.
• 2-5+ years of case management experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry is a plus.
• Reimbursement experience is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
• Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
