Minted is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide outstanding service to our customers during the holiday season, utilizing problem-solving and communication skills.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
