Overview

As a Customer Service Team Supervisor, you will help ensure exceptional contact quality and service for Minted’s customers, overseeing a team of Customer Service Leads and Representatives.

In Short

  • Supervise Customer Service Leads and Representatives.
  • Provide coaching and day-to-day support to team members.
  • Drive productivity and adherence to schedules.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to review performance.
  • Ensure a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage project work and various tasks as assigned.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Minted products and policies.
  • Produce weekly performance reviews for the team.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in eCommerce.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a customer service setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable and flexible with work schedules.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable using technology and familiar with eCommerce.
