Minted is looking for a Head of Design to oversee product design and user research, influencing product strategy and leading a high-performing team to create a user-centered experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in user experience, design, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in user experience and design.
• 7+ years of management experience with a focus on hiring and developing designers.
• Strong understanding of consumer-focused digital experiences.
• Portfolio showcasing a proven track record in consumer-focused UX.
