Overview

As a Seasonal Customer Service Team Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service quality for Minted’s customers while leading and supporting a team of Customer Service Representatives.

In Short

  • Provide daily support and coaching to Customer Service Representatives.
  • Monitor communications and provide real-time feedback.
  • Drive productivity through queue management and adherence monitoring.
  • Navigate financial transactions and support vendor communications.
  • Handle escalations and approve service recovery requests.
  • Stay updated on Minted products and policies.
  • Support the coaching process with the Team Supervisor.
  • Promote a positive team environment.
  • Assist with email and other contacts as needed.
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance and team productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Proven excellence in customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and a problem solver.
  • Excellent computer/software skills, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Professional with leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using technology and eCommerce.
  • Flexible availability including weekends.
