Innovation Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Innovation Manager to lead the development and execution of our new product pipeline. This role will act as a key connector among Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Insights, Market Research, and Commercialization teams, ensuring that data-driven opportunities are identified and translated into commercially viable products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy or related field preferred.
• 5+ years experience in Innovation, Marketing, or Strategy.
• Strong ability to synthesize insights into actionable opportunities.
• Expertise in innovation pipeline development.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with stage-gate or agile innovation processes.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to ensure program success.
• Familiarity with the OLIPOP brand.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
