Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in GTM strategies, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
• Proven ability to implement and optimize GTM processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends.
• Ability to travel domestically once a quarter.
