• Looking for a strategic, data-driven Trade Analytics Manager.
• Optimize trade spend and improve promotional effectiveness.
• Key partner to Sales, Finance, Marketing, and RGM.
• Analyze trade promotion performance across key retailers.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate trade promotion effectiveness.
• Build and maintain promotional ROI models.
• Develop dashboards to track trade investment.
• Support RGM in identifying competitive threats.
• Assist in evaluating trade optimization tools.
• Help shape OLIPOP's pricing and promotional strategies.

Requirements

• 4-7 years in trade analytics or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Tableau, Power BI, and/or SQL.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with syndicated data sources and retailer POS systems.
• Ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication skills.
• A passion for continuous improvement.
• Bonus: Experience with Trade Promotion Optimization tools.
