OLIPOP is looking for an authentic, eager, and highly motivated individual to join the team as our Remote Warehouse Manager. This is a great opportunity to have a front row seat at a fast growing start up and new emerging category within functional beverages.

In Short

• Manage daily operations at West Coast 3PLs.
• Conduct monthly site visits and performance audits.
• Capacity planning and forecasting for future needs.
• Lead coordination between logistics and customer teams.
• Manage invoices and payments to 3PL partners.
• Provide support in bringing on new customers.
• Build SOPs as the team grows.
• Lead physical logistics for direct to consumer.
• Support multi-pack and pallet display programs.
• Work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of previous warehouse relationship management.
• Experience in supply chain management.
• Prior experience in the CPG industry preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Six Sigma Lean preferred.
• Dynamic problem solver comfortable with multiple tasks.
• Transparent and open communicator.
• Deadline oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic environment.
• 35%-50% travel for site visits.
