Remote Care Manager

Overview

We’re looking for Care Managers who thrive on building relationships with families with adult neurodivergent children — understanding their goals and helping them access specialized resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in social work or case management.
• Client-facing experience managing multiple relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have computer and reliable internet connection.
• Fluent in Spanish (strongly preferred).
• Experience in performance-based culture (preferred).
• Experience in developmental disability field (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite (preferred).
• Experience in person-centered planning (preferred).
