Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in an Analyst/Data Scientist role.
• 3+ years leading analytics or data science teams.
• Experience in managing high-volume projects.
• Passion for building systems and teams from scratch.
• Strong customer-facing experience.
• Technical foundation in analytics.
• Proficiency in Looker, Tableau, Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with marketing measurement methodologies is a plus.
